All people who stay at the hotel and bring a pet with them will be subject to this regulation, which is considered an adhesion contract and must be fulfilled. Otherwise, the Management reserves the right of admission and permanence in the facilities.

1.- The maximum weight of your pet must be 20 kilos and one pet per room is allowed.

2.- The reception staff will indicate the specifically assigned areas that the Hotel has for the stay of pets.

3.- The extra charge for the pet's stay is $ 200.00 MXN per night, which must be paid at the time of registration.

4.- The owner of the pet is subject to the room assignment made by the Hotel Administration.

5.- You must present the updated vaccination card, collar, leash and muzzle (if necessary) otherwise you will not be able to access.

6.- The owners will be responsible for ensuring that when entering the hotel or leaving their room the pet brings its leash and / or muzzle (if necessary), it will be responsible that their pet does not produce excessive noise and odors and make their needs in assigned public areas.

7.- In the event of a complaint from other guests, the Hotel Administration will have the right to invite the pet to be removed at the latest within the following hour once the client has been notified.

8.- All pets must always be under the supervision of an adult and never leave them alone in their car or room.

9.- You must be a responsible owner, so you must collect your feces and deposit them in the indicated cans.

10.- It is forbidden for pets to sleep on top of the bed in the room.

11.- The hotel will not be responsible for illness, damage, death or loss of the pet.

12.- Wild animals or endangered or prohibited species are not allowed.

13.- If your pet bites or causes any damage to a person, the owner will cover the medical expenses that cause the injuries and will remove the animal from the Hotel facilities no later than 12 noon the day after its arrival.

14.- Animal abuse is prohibited in our facilities.
