All our rates include taxes.

The term “seasons” refers to the rate change during the current year.

MEDIUM OR HIGH SEASON RESERVATIONS

Breakfast is included in the rates. 

Your reservation can be made by transfer, deposit or you will be asked for a what´s app number or email to send you a link through which your credit card will be charged. The charge will be 50% in advance or the first night of your stay (whichever is greater) and the cancellation policies are as follows:

CANCELLATIONS FOR MIDDLE OR HIGH SEASON

- In case of requiring its cancellation more than 5 days in advance, only a 4% charge will be made for bank commission.

-In case your cancellation is Less than or equal to 5 days there will be no refund.

- In case of NO SHOW, there will be no refund.

MODIFICATIONS FOR MIDDLE OR HIGH SEASON

In case of requesting a modification to your reservation, it will be subject to the cancellation and availability policies, as well as the change in rates.

LOW SEASON RESERVATIONS

Reservations can be made from 1 year in advance to 3 hours before your arrival.

Your reservation can be made by transfer, deposit or you will be asked for a what´s app number or email to send you a link by which your credit card will be charged and guarantee the first night of your stay.

CANCELLATION FOR LOW SEASON

- In case of cancellation with an anticipated time greater than 48 hours, the reimbursement will have a bank commission of 4%.

-In case your cancellation is less than or equal to 48 hours there will be no refund.

- In case of NO SHOW, there will be no refund.

Modification policy

In case you wish to modify your reservation, you will be subject to the cancellation and availability policies, as well as the change in rates.

*If your reservation includes even one day in the middle or high season, for the total stay of reservation, high season policies will be considered

Children Policy:

Children under 12 years old sharing a room are free (breakfast not included).

Pet Policy:

Pets are not accepted.
